Job Description

The University Procurement Card Administrator/Purchasing Lead, under limited supervision, oversees the entire procurement card program and serve as the Purchase Order Lead for Purchase Orders within the Marketplace system.  The position provides technical fiscal advice and service in requiring the interpretation of rules and regulations pertaining to state statute, Minnesota State policies and procedures, and SCSU’s procurement card/purchasing, policies, monitoring card activity, performing reconciliations, preparing reports, and educational training.
