Procurement Buyer II - Fulfilment Specialist

As a Procurement Buyer II here at Honeywell, you will play an essential role in managing procurement activities that support our aerospace operations. You will be responsible for executing purchasing tasks, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining supplier relationships to meet the needs of our business.

You will report directly to our Sr Procurement Buying Manager and you’ll work out of our Mississauga, ON location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain, contributing to the successful delivery of aerospace products and services while optimizing costs and supplier performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for following up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and purchase order (PO) commitments in support of the weekly schedule committed by the planning team.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to effectively manage order pull-ins, push-outs, and cancellations, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure full compliance with all process steps outlined in document AG1620.

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Completed post secondary education – degree / diploma programs.
• Minimum 3 years of experience at the Mississauga Box Build site required.

WE VALUE

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations is a plus.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost control techniques.
• Proficiency with procurement software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 in Mississauga, ON. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
