In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain by managing purchasing processes, negotiating with suppliers, and contributing to cost savings and quality improvements that support Honeywell’s business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process including supplier selection, purchase order creation, and contract management to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations while maintaining accurate procurement records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and support sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools to manage purchasing activities efficiently.
- Ability to analyze supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and internal procurement policies.

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,200 - $103,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
