Procurement & Sourcing Operations Analyst, Senior Associate

Core Responsibilities

1. Maintains supplier documentation and assists in onboarding new vendors. May support partner assessment and selection or provide pricing models and partnership opportunities based on industry knowledge.

2. Drafts request materials based on business need and best practice for low to medium complexity transactions.

3. Collects and analyzes procurement and sourcing data and outputs using industry best practice approaches. Audits and interprets data trends.

4. Identifies and develops strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure adequate instruction and technical support. Communicates procurement and sourcing policies and organizes complex data in an easy to understand manner.

5. Understands, communicates and maintains latest documentation for sourcing related actives

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
