Here, you’ll have the opportunity, flexibility, and sense of belonging to grow your career your way—while making a real impact.Scope of PositionCoordinates from jobsite, the administrative and technical work related to ensuring projects are supplied with the materials, equipment and services needed to function optimally.Job ResponsibilitiesProcures supplies, equipment, services and furnishings throughout the course of the project through new contracts, competitive bids, or established contracts.Plan and coordinate time and delivery of purchases.Assess requests from goods and services by ensuring they are allowable under limitations, restrictions and policies and determining availability of funds.Prepare spreadsheets and maintain databases to track expenditures.Identify and keep lists of vendors and sources of supply for goods and services.Interpret P&ID diagrams and plan drawings to create material and instrument lists.Communicate with Field Supervisions and Pipefitters to ensure proper selection of fittings for specific applications.Travel as required.Other duties which may be assigned as needed.Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesEducation & Years of ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED, 1-3 years of experience in a construction, industrial, or warehouse setting. This position requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The team member is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
