The role:

Join us as a procurement & contract specialist and help support projects that keep Oregon moving. You’ll work with teams across ODOT to develop, review and process contracts for services, goods, IT systems and public improvement projects. From the first request to final signatures, you’ll ensure agreements meet state and federal requirements and help our partners get the tools and services they need to succeed. Most of this work may be conducted at a hybrid remote alternate worksite with full access to the needed operating systems and technology. However, there are many times that the work will be required to be performed at the Salem office building or comparable locations for in person training.

Minimum qualifications:

Five (5) years procurement and contract experience related to the position such as developing and administering standard contracts, agreements, or solicitations.

OR

A bachelor’s degree AND two (2) years of professional-level procurement and contract experience related to the position.

OR

Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five (5) years of procurement and contract experience related to the position.
