Position overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to support public-sector procurement and contract administration, with a strong focus on analyzing amendments to consultant and A&E contracts, staffing changes, labor rate schedules, and cost proposals. Some proposals may approach $1 million, and the supporting calculations must be complete, traceable, and ready for review.
This role combines public procurement knowledge with careful numerical analysis. You will compare proposed costs with executed agreements and approved amendments, identify missing or inconsistent support, and explain your findings clearly. You will support procurement decisions and maintain an audit-ready record; approval to pay or amend a contract remains with the authorized client decision-maker.
