What is the Opportunity? Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Procurement Administrator supports the full lifecycle of procurement activities across projects and operational environments. This role is responsible for vendor sourcing, purchase order administration, procurement coordination, invoice management, supplier communication, and operational procurement support.   This position works closely with project teams, vendors, subcontractors, accounting personnel, and procurement leadership to ensure procurement activities remain aligned with project requirements, funding structures, operational timelines, and federal compliance expectations.   The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, communication capabilities, procurement awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively within fast-paced environments.   What You'll Do Here:   What You Bring to the Team: The expected pay range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 per year.   Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
