Make Your Mark at Revolution Group
Are you driven by precision, energized by improving systems, and motivated to deliver an exceptional client experience?
At Revolution Group, LLC, we’re looking for a Private Client Tax Manager to play a key role in executing and improving tax operations for a high-complexity client base.
This is not a high-volume tax role. This is not a traditional public accounting environment.
This is an opportunity to work closely with a collaborative advisory team, supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients while helping build the internal systems that drive consistency and quality.
Who We Are
Revolution Group, LLC isn’t just another firm; it’s a movement. Our founder, once the lead strategist for one of the world’s richest families, created Revolution Capital, our SEC-registered investment advisor and planning division, to fix what’s broken in wealth management: lackluster service, generic portfolios, and misaligned priorities. We bring elite strategies, including private investments, to high-net-worth individuals and families, delivering results that matter.
We’re a REAL FIDUCIARY™, fee-only, and fiercely committed to our clients’ best interests. Our purpose? To create financial security and a legacy for generations. Our culture? Hardworking, humble, and forward-thinking. Our goal? Measurable success—for our clients and our team.
The Role
As our Private Client Tax Manager, you will be responsible for executing tax filings, improving operational processes, and supporting a high standard of client delivery.

- Reduce errors, rework, and inefficiencies
- Maintain a high standard of client deliverables
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications
- CPA license required
- 3–7+ years of tax preparation or public accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
Experience
- Individual and business tax return preparation
- Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred
Skillset
- Strong organizational and systems-thinking ability
- Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy
- Tech-forward mindset (automation, workflow tools, efficiency improvement)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
What Makes This Role Different
- UHNW client base—not mass-market tax prep
- Integrated with a wealth advisory team
- Focus on quality and systems—not volume
- Opportunity to improve and build internal tax infrastructure
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonus tied to execution quality and operational contribution
Final Note
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:
- building better systems

- and delivering high-quality outcomes in a team environment
If you are looking for a high-volume tax preparation role, this is not the right fit.
If you want to be part of a firm that values precision, improvement, and long-term client relationships—we’d welcome a conversation.
