Title: Principal Financial Analyst

Type: Temp to Perm

Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Location: Philadelphia, PA, hybrid 2 days per week in office

Dates: July 20 to October 24, convert to permanent after

Overview:

• Lead Financial analysis, reporting and decision support for divisional leadership

• Serve as a key liaison between finance operations and senior leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Own the month end close: prepare review entries analyze results, and ensure accuracy

• Develop monthly reporting and executive presentations

• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights

• Support and help build the annual operating budget partners with managers to review departmental performance

• Contribute to strategic planning with senior leadership (COO CFO DDA, Sr. Manager of Finance) at CPUP

Leadership and Impact

• Present in leadership forums

• Mentor junior analysts and support team development

• Drive cross functional collaboration across finance and operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree - Candidates with Masters Degree will be given preference
• Finance, accounting or information technology background
• 6+ years of experience in a finance department with progressive accounting and budgeting for a healthcare system
• Experienced user of Hyperion Essbase / Planning / Reports & EPIC.
