Pricing Manager   Mid-States Bolt & Screw, a trusted industrial distributor, is seeking a Pricing Manager to support our growing business and strengthen our commercial strategy. This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Burton, Michigan and offers a hybrid work environment, combining in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely.   Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing Manager to lead the development and execution of enterprise pricing strategies that drive profitable growth, improve gross margin performance, and strengthen Mid-States Bolt & Screw's competitive position.   Working across the organization, this leader partners closely with Sales, Branch Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to optimize pricing decisions, maintain pricing governance, and support commercial growth.
