Pricing Analyst

What you will be doing: 

• Develop and execute customer-specific pricing strategies to win new business, retain customers, and improve profitability. 
• Prepare pricing proposals, Deal P&Ls, and commercial terms in alignment with governance guidelines. 
• Analyze customer requests, pricing data, and business trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver effective pricing solutions. 
• Ensure accurate implementation of pricing within systems and manage pricing workflows through completion. 
• Support continuous improvement through analysis, feedback on tools, and process enhancements.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience in analytical, financial, or business support roles. 
• 3+ years Microsoft Excel including formulas and data analysis. 
• Ability to analyze data sets and identify trends. 
• Strong organizational and process adherence skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience. 

• Experience supporting pricing, bids, or deal analysis in a B2B environment. 
• Exposure to financial modeling including margin and P&L analysis. 
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or pricing systems. 

• Advanced Microsoft Excel or data visualization skills.
