You will play a critical role in improving deal velocity, protecting margin, and advancing pricing excellence across the business.If you thrive in a dynamic environment, excel at making quick yet well-informed decisions, and have a passion for driving business outcomes through pricing excellence, we invite you to apply and join our team.You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:Evaluate and approve non-standard pricing requests, balancing customer value, deal profitability, and competitive positioningPartner with Sales, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to structure compliant, competitive, and profitable deals.Analyze pricing trends and deal performance to inform pricing strategies and identify margin improvement opportunitiesDrive automation and standardization of pricing processes, tools, and reportingContribute to the evolution of a best-in-class Deal Desk function and pricing governance modelAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesYou’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or 5 years of pricing experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.2+ years of experience in pricing, finance, sales operations, or deal desk environmentsStrong analytical skills with ability to evaluate financial and commercial trade-offs.Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications:Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights.Process-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and execution.Experience in deal desk, pricing analysis, or commercial operations within a fast-paced or matrixed organization.Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), SAP, and Tableau.Familiarity with pricing strategies, discount governance, or margin optimizationDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and support decision-makingThe pay range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
