SUMMARY OF THE JOB: The Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Liberty Bank’s commercial growth strategy by enabling disciplined, data-driven pricing decisions. This role partners closely with Commercial Banking, Product, Credit, Finance, and Analytics teams to support relationship-level pricing, improve profitability insights, and drive adoption of relationship pricing and lending tools.
This position blends analytics, business judgment, and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure pricing decisions align with strategic and financial goals, while also balancing market dynamics.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Commercial Pricing & Supporting Growth
Support relationship- and loan-level pricing using ROE-based and profitability-focused frameworks
Partner with Relationship Managers and Treasury Management Officers to support pricing decisions and exceptions
Enable targeted growth in priority and specialized commercial segments through improved pricing precision and competitiveness
Enterprise Pricing Tools & Enablement
Collaborate with Product, Credit, Finance, and Risk partners to drive adoption and effective integration of enterprise pricing tools into commercial workflows and frontline decision-making
Provide training, analytics, and ongoing support to improve usage, confidence, and effectiveness
Analytics & Profitability Insights
Analyze pricing, portfolio, and profitability data to identify opportunities to improve returns
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and insights in partnership with Data & Analytics teams
Monitor pricing performance and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
Apply business judgment to interpret analytics and AI outputs within real-world market and relationship contexts
Minimum knowledge/skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively, develop practical solutions, and translate data into actionable insights
Ability to communicate complex analytics clearly to both technical and non-technical partners
Experience with pricing, profitability, financial analytics, or decision-support tools is preferred
Experience leveraging Copilot or similar AI tools in a business environment; proficiency in Excel preferred
