Pricing Analyst

Bathing Brands is a well-established, growing organization in the sauna, steam, and experiential bathing space. The Pricing Analyst plays a key role in supporting the business by ensuring our pricing strategies are accurate, competitive, and aligned with our overall goals.

The Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in analyzing data, maintaining pricing structures, and supporting both Sales and Finance teams with insights that drive informed decisions. This position works cross-functionally to ensure pricing is consistent, competitive, and responsive to changing market conditions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data to solve problems and support business growth.

This position is hybrid, requiring regular onsite presence with the option for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Analysis

• Analyze sales, cost, and market data to support pricing decisions and strategy
• Evaluate pricing trends and identify opportunities to improve margins and competitiveness
• Build and maintain pricing models to guide decision-making

Quote & Sales Support

• Partner with Sales teams to support the quoting process, ensuring pricing accuracy and consistency
• Review and validate customer-specific pricing and proposals
• Provide timely pricing guidance to support business opportunities

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain pricing data within internal systems (ERP/CRM), ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in pricing data and work to resolve them
• Develop and distribute reports related to pricing performance, margins, and trends

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align pricing with business objectives
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, financial analysis, or data analytics
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or related industries
• Experience supporting a sales-driven organization
