Job Description Summary

We have an opening for a Practice Manager – Structured Credit and Tax practices in our New York office.
The Practice Manager will support the leaders of Structured Credit and Tax practices at the Firm. The Practice Manager will work alongside the designated Practice Chairs and other business operations departments (i.e., Finance, Talent, Business Development, Practice Innovation, IT, Communications, etc.) to ensure operational efficiency, develop, drive, and execute their strategic plan, provide and manage financial insights, handle work allocation and staffing, support client value initiatives, and otherwise support the practice’s business needs and operations. As a trusted advisor and “chief of staff” to the practice leaders, the Practice Manager is a highly collaborative self-starter, with demonstrated experience, confidence, and professionalism in communicating with partners, management, and timekeepers at all levels of the organization.
The Practice Manager will report to the chairs of the Structured Credit and Tax practices with a reporting line to the Associate Director, Practice Management, sitting within the Practice Management and Services Department.

The salary wage range for New York that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $155,500 and a maximum of $225,750 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.

The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
