💰 $200,000+ Base + Bonus + Profit Sharing

A successful entrepreneur is building a portfolio of businesses following a major exit and is seeking a Portfolio CFO to help lead what comes next.

This is not a traditional corporate finance role.

You'll work directly with the founder, helping guide capital allocation, evaluate acquisitions, and create the financial systems that support long-term growth.

No two days will look the same. You may find yourself reviewing performance across multiple companies, evaluating investment opportunities, meeting with lenders and advisors, or helping determine where the business goes next.

Requirements

• Experience with private equity, holding companies, acquisitions, or multi-entity organizations strongly preferred
• Strategic and analytical mindset
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and dynamic environments
• Proven experience managing complex financial operations
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution
• Builder mentality with a passion for creating and growing organizations
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Willingness to travel as required
