HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…

As a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, you will serve as the primary financial partner for supply chain operations at the Hanover plant. You will shape critical manufacturing, supply chain, and investment decisions through robust financial insights, forward-looking analysis, and disciplined execution. Your leadership will help drive performance, optimize costs, and ensure strong financial health while enabling sustainable growth and continuous improvement across the plant and broader Supply Chain organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $140,300-$201,700 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
