Job Details

The Data Analyst – Pharmacy Purchasing & Payer Analytics will partner with Pharmacy Operations, Purchasing, Payer Relations, Finance, and IT teams to develop data-driven solutions that improve drug purchasing performance, optimize payer reimbursement outcomes, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting complex pharmacy, claims, purchasing, and financial data. The analyst will design reporting frameworks, identify opportunities for cost savings and margin improvement, automate business processes, and support the organization's growing data science and analytics capabilities. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Physical/Mental Requirements: This position is primarily administrative in nature and requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, see, hear, speak, and use standard office equipment for extended periods. The physical demands described are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Occasional travel between company locations may be required. Additional hours may be necessary to meet business needs and project deadlines.

Schedule: This is a full-time position with an expectation of approximately 40 hours per week. Work schedules are established based on organizational needs and may require occasional availability outside normal business hours to support critical reporting, system implementations, or business initiatives.

This is a remote position.
