POSITION SUMMARY

The Payroll Systems Compliance Specialist is a new role designed to strengthen payroll accuracy, compliance, and system improvement across NFI’s Canadian and U.S. payroll operations. Acting as a key link between Payroll, HRIS, and Tax, this role will help ensure payroll configurations, calculations, integrations, and processes align with legislative requirements and business needs. The successful candidate will support system testing, issue resolution, implementation work, documentation, and process improvement initiatives that advance both compliance and continuous improvement objectives.
