Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 per year
Job Overview

The Employee Support Team Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of payroll support specialists and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. Your primary focus will be on supervising the team, providing guidance and support, resolving complex payroll issues and identifying root causes and opportunities for improvement, ensuring a positive employee experience, assisting operational and support departments to address payroll issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance employee satisfaction and efficiency.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/ or Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience (3+ years) in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance. Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent knowledge of payroll software, systems, and tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze payroll data.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
