Position Summary

Reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, the Payroll Specialist – Europe is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, control, validation, and compliance oversight of monthly payrolls for approximately 200 employees across France, United Kingdom, Belgium, and Finland.

This role partners closely with external payroll providers (ADP Celergo and SD Worx) and internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Accounting, Total Rewards) and employees to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. The Payroll Specialist acts as the regional subject matter expert on European payroll, tax and allowance compliance, working time regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
