About the Role

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role based in Napa. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all U.S. and Canada-based employees. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure payroll systems, controls, and processes are operating effectively. This is a detail-oriented role with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement, refine processes, and strengthen payroll accuracy and compliance across the business.

The anticipated base compensation for this position is $44.23 - $50.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, geographic location, internal equity, and market considerations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation, bonuses, commissions, and/or a comprehensive benefits package, as applicable. The compensation range listed reflects a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position at the time of posting. Treasury reserves the right to modify compensation ranges, incentive plans, and benefits at any time, subject to applicable law.
