Day to day as a Payroll Specialist

Phil Long Dealerships is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to enhance our Centralized Payroll Team. In this vital role, you will compile and maintain payroll records while performing various administrative tasks related payroll administration. Your essential duties will include preparing and processing payroll, verifying and inputting data into our payroll system, and updating employee records efficiently. You'll conduct basic reconciliations and audits during each pay cycle and address pay-related inquiries from our dedicated staff.
