Payroll Specialist - Remote

Pay: The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant work experience, the skills required for the role, internal equity, market competitiveness, and budget considerations. Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week

Shift times: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts with flexible start time confirmed with manager, but must cover core hours of 9:00am-3:00pm CST.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Controller, the Payroll Specialist will manage the payroll process, compile payroll statistics, maintain payroll records, liaise with payroll systems providers and partners in Human Resources, and perform audits and reviews of all required payroll deductions. As a member of the Finance & Accounting department, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of all payroll information. They are an essential member of the Finance Team, which supports the mission and strategies of Planned Parenthood North Central States. The individual is an advocate and leader in implementing our mission in “Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive health care for all.” They may perform other duties as assigned.
