Job Description

Assist with completing payroll related activities such as reconciling hours worked, processing time records and calculating payrolls.   

In this role as a Payroll Specialist II, you will:  

•    Coordinate payroll processing and compile confidential payroll data such as hours worked,  commissions, taxes, insurance, garnishments and other deductions to be withheld 
•    Compute wages and deductions and post to payroll records 
•    Address and resolve employee’s payroll inquiries 
•    Promote employee awareness of company benefits and policies 
•    Produce ad hoc, and monthly report requests 
•    Journal Entry preparation  
•    Tax filing/maintenance – including registering for new jurisdictions  
•    Update UKG Pro (payroll provider) with Tax Jurisdiction changes

Salary Range

$20.28 - $27.87 USD
