Payroll Specialist

Fast-paced company is seeking a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to join our team in the Grand Rapids location.

The right candidate will possess the ability to work independently, have strong organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented focus and be able to multitask while meeting deadlines.

Qualified candidates should have technical accounting knowledge, proficiency in modern software and strict adherence to confidentiality. High school diploma (or GED) required. Bachelors or Associates degree in accounting, finance or business administration is a plus. Also, 2-5 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping or human resources is required.

Compensation is commiserate with experience.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to, payroll processing, benefits administration, on-going reporting and account reconciliation.
