We are currently seeking a full time Payroll Specialist with a can-do attitude and able to perform under pressure. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills while providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers. Our quality of work is paramount, so each applicant must have a strong eye for detail with a strong work ethic.

Payroll Specialist Summary:

• Responsible for reconciling hours, visits, and auditing payroll for accuracy and assures adherence to Federal and State guidelines.

• Compiles payroll data including hours worked, bonus pay, commissions

• Updates master payroll records by verifying and recording changes affecting net wages such as insurance coverage, child support, etc. and data concerning compensation increases, promotions, and/or transfer of employees between departments
