We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist for a company that manages facilities, staffing, and day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for processing payroll accurately, communicating with employees and managers, and helping ensure labor costs stay aligned with budget.
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly/biweekly payroll for hourly and management staff
- Review timesheets, hours, overtime, PTO, deductions, and payroll changes
- Communicate with managers to confirm schedules, attendance, and payroll details
- Assist Spanish-speaking employees with payroll questions and paperwork
- Track payroll numbers and help ensure labor costs stay within budget
- Handle payroll corrections, adjustments, and employee questions
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
- Work closely with HR, accounting, staffing, and operations teams
Requirements:
- Payroll experience required
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong with numbers, budgets, and payroll accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams
