- Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for employees across multiple states in the U.S., Canada and Ireland.
- Ensure accurate and timely payments, including taxes, deductions, and benefits.
- Identify and resolve pay discrepancies and escalations efficiently.
- Support audits, year-end processing (W-2s), and regulatory reporting.
- Manage payroll inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits to maintain accurate payroll data and seamless processes.
- Work independently while contributing to a dynamic, cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for employees across multiple states and countries.
- Ensure accurate and timely payments, including taxes, deductions, and benefits.
- Identify and resolve pay discrepancies and escalations efficiently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state and/or international payroll.
- Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems like Dayforce, ADP, or Paychex.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines with high attention to detail.
