Payroll Specialist

Responsible for all payroll-related processing activities and payroll reporting aspects.

·        Accurately process bi-weekly and supplemental payrolls

·        Interpret and implement pay policies

·        Educate Managers and Associates on the utilization of UKG and the UTM System

·        Audit associate information to ensure accurate taxation, pay, time management processing, etc.

·        Audit earnings and deductions, such as; 401(k), Benefits, EE Purchases, allowances, etc.

·        Prepare and deliver Payroll reports

·        Assist with payment and balancing of Federal, State, and Local taxes, W-2 forms, etc.

·        Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

·        Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision, values and standards of ethics.

Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
