As a Payroll Processing Specialist, you help keep our mission moving by ensuring every team member is paid accurately and on time. Your work supports the people who support our participants—allowing them to focus on building skills, independence, and meaningful moments in the community. If you’re detail‑driven and committed to financial accuracy, you’ll play an essential role in strengthening the care we provide every day.
This is a part‑time role (10–15 hours per week) worked onsite at our Atco office, conveniently located on the White Horse Pike near Route 73.
What You’ll Do
- Run accurate, on‑time payroll
- Update employee payroll records
- Handle wage changes + deductions
- Ensure payroll law compliance
- Process payroll taxes + filings
- Manage benefits deductions
- Prepare payroll reports
- Answer payroll questions clearly
- HS diploma required; degree in accounting/finance/business preferred
- 1+ years payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance
- Comfortable with payroll software (Paychex preferred) + spreadsheets
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Strong organization + time‑management
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Problem‑solver who can resolve payroll discrepancies
