The Role:
Reporting to both the Human Resources and Finance departments, the Payroll Practitioner is at the heart of keeping things running smoothly—ensuring payroll is accurate, on time, and fully compliant, while also supporting the integrity and performance of our fundraising data systems. This role takes ownership of the full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll process for all employees, making sure every detail is spot-on and every pay run is delivered seamlessly. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing an integrated database system—supporting the collection, organization, and use of vital donor information, electronic records, and program data. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll help design and implement smarter processes that strengthen data accuracy, streamline workflows, and elevate reporting capabilities across the organization.

Compensation:

Salary Range:$65,000 - 67,000 annually, commensurate with experience and aligned with internal equity.
