PURPOSE OF POSITION

Manages all activities related to Payroll. Supervises, administers, and performs payroll operations involved in processing time and earnings records for all RCMA and Charter Academy employees, resulting in the bimonthly distribution of payroll checks. Ensures the agency complies with all wage-related reporting requirements. Provides leadership and training to staff and models proper guidance and support to the field.
