We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead all aspects of payroll processing and compliance. This critical role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-state environment and has a passion for accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

Payroll Leadership & Execution

• Manage end-to-end payroll for hourly, salaried, and commission-based employees across multiple states
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and internal controls
• Maintain and update payroll systems, employee records, and deductions including benefits and garnishments
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on reporting, audits, and reconciliations
• Oversee year-end processes including W-2s, 1099s, and tax filings

Process & System Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and enhance system efficiency
• Support implementation and optimization of payroll-related tools and software
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a payroll leadership or management role
• Must have extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Deep knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and best practices across multiple states
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) a plus
