Payroll Data Entry Intern (New Hire Setup Support)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Data Entry Intern to support the setup and validation of new hire employee data. This entry-level role focuses on ensuring accurate data transfer between onboarding and payroll systems, as well as maintaining employee documentation. This is an in-person role located in Greeley from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

Light Work. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

The individual in this position will periodically walk, kneel, sit, crouch, reach, stoop, read/see, speak, push, pull, lift, stand, and finger/type. The frequency of each action varies by workflow and office activity.

Compensation Range (Colorado Only)

$15.16 USD per hour.
