What You’ll Do
As our Payroll, HRIS & HR Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of payroll accuracy, HRIS governance, benefits billing reconciliation, and operational HR support across multiple hotel properties. You’ll be the go‑to expert for payroll, systems, and data integrity — and a trusted partner to the Director of HR.
This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, precision, and making things run smoothly.
Your Impact Includes:
- Owning full-cycle payroll for multi-state hourly and salaried employees
- Managing HRIS administration including workflows, permissions, and data accuracy
- Leading payroll-related GL reconciliations and partnering with Accounting
- Handling benefits administration including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, supplemental plans, and 401(k)
- Performing monthly benefits billing reconciliations to ensure accuracy across carriers and payroll
- Supporting HR operations including onboarding, documentation, PTO audits, and employee support
- Running payroll and HR reporting including audits, headcount, and compliance reports
- Serving as the primary HR backup to the Director of HR

What You Bring
- 3+ years of payroll experience (multi-state preferred)
- HRIS experience with Netchex, Paycom, ADP, UKG, or similar
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- GL reconciliation exposure and comfort working with accounting teams
- Experience with benefits administration and deductions
- Excellent communication, organization, and confidentiality
Preferred but not required:
- Hospitality payroll experience
- 401(k) administration exposure
- Experience supporting HR operations or employee relations documentation
