We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payroll/HR Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Process and run payroll on a weekly and monthly basis
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all payroll regulations
- Handle benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
- Assist with HR tasks as needed, such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews
- Stay up-to-date on payroll and HR regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in payroll or HR administration
- Proficiency with payroll software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
