We’re looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our Human Resources team!

Payroll is more than just processing a paycheck. You’ll be a go-to resource for our team members and leaders, helping keep timekeeping, payroll, benefits, employee records, and HR systems running smoothly. If you’re the kind of person who notices when something is off by $0.02 and absolutely cannot rest until you figure out why… we want to talk to you. ??

What will you be doing?

You’ll help keep our payroll operation accurate, organized, and on schedule by:

• Processing bi-weekly payroll and ensuring everything is accurate and on time
• Reviewing timecards, overtime, schedules, pay adjustments, and payroll transactions
• Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies
• Maintaining PTO, vacation, personal time, leave, and other payroll records
• Processing employee changes including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and deductions
• Preparing payroll, attendance, labor, and other HR reports and analytics
• Auditing timekeeping, pay codes, position codes, departments, and labor allocations
• Supporting benefits enrollment, changes, deductions, billing audits, and open enrollment
• Helping employees and leaders with payroll, timekeeping, direct deposit, deductions, and HR systems
• Providing guidance and training on timekeeping and payroll processes
• Supporting onboarding, employee records, HR projects, engagement initiatives, and other HR operations
• Using tools such as ADP, Microsoft Office, Beekeeper, Canva, and HR/timekeeping systems

You might be our person if…

? You have 1–3 years of payroll, HR, accounting, or administrative experience

? You have previous payroll processing/system experience

? You’re seriously detail-oriented — accuracy matters here!

? You’re analytical and enjoy solving problems

? You can juggle multiple priorities without losing track of the details

? You’re comfortable working with confidential information

? You’re a great communicator and enjoy helping people

? You know your way around Microsoft Office and Excel

? ADP Workforce Now or another comparable payroll system is a big plus

? Hospitality experience is preferred, but we're more interested in what you bring to the table
