Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Payroll Coordinator, you'll help ensure our team members across the country are paid accurately and on time. You'll support payroll operations, maintain compliance with payroll regulations, and provide outstanding service to employees and managers by resolving payroll questions and issues.
- Process payroll-related transactions including team member updates, pay adjustments, tax changes, direct deposits, and authorized deductions
- Maintain accurate payroll records and support payroll compliance requirements
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll audits and reconciliations
- Research and resolve payroll questions and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- Partner with managers and internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Help ensure payroll deadlines are met accurately and consistently
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive team member information
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- Basic understanding of payroll processes or a strong willingness to learn payroll practices and systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Professionalism when interacting with team members and leaders at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting payroll in a multi-state and/or multi-unit organization
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with ADP SmartCompliance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Salary Range
USD $30.00/hour.
This pay range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Final compensation within the range will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and other job-related qualifications.
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. required.
