Looking for a position that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our growing team. Provides day-to-day support for the payroll function by entering data in preparation for ongoing processes. Proactively monitors the payroll inbox on a daily basis processing requests as appropriate.

How You'll Make Us Better:

• Completes data entry of payroll items on a daily basis
• Coordinates and communicates with various internal departments regarding payroll items
• Creates various reports, including timekeeping, etc.
• Participates in preparation for payroll runs

Your Special Skills:

• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing

Prerequisites for Success:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of one (1) year experience in Payroll or Human Resources preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Very high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
