Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Coordinator to support daily payroll operations and help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This role works closely with the Payroll Manager to process payroll transactions, audit payroll data, maintain compliance with payroll laws and company policies, and provide excellent support to employees across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy and confidentiality, and enjoys problem-solving.

This is not a remote or hybrid position and is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Physical Requirements

Experience:  Minimum of 2 years of payroll, accounting, or related experience preferred. Experience with payroll, timekeeping, or HRIS systems preferred.
Education:  Associate degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
