Process and validate weekly payroll

Partner with Human Resources to maintain accurate employee payroll data and resolve data discrepancies 

Administer employee wage garnishments and other assigned statuary or voluntary deductions

Research routine multi-state payroll issues and tax notices; coordinate resolution and escalate complex matters

Reconcile assigned payroll-related general ledger accounts and investigate variances

Review employee Paid Time Offer (PTO) balances and resolve routine discrepancies 

Answer employee questions regarding paychecks, deductions, taxes, PTO, and discrepancies 

Preform other payroll responsibilities and projects as assigned by Payroll Manager 

Ability to multi-task to perform essential functions of the position timely and with accuracy

Work is performed in office

Payroll experience needed and mid-level Excel knowledge
