The Big Task

Help us enhance performance and operational decision-making throughout the company by ensuring our accounting and financials are timely and accurate.

Key Sub Tasks

• Full Time Payroll Clerk / Accounts Payable/Receivable - QuickBooks Online A Must
• Process payroll promptly and accurately.
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets monthly.
• Handle customer billing and vendor payments efficiently.
• Ensure state and federal income tax compliance.
• Coordinate with external agencies for tax planning and reporting.
• Oversee cash management and accounting procedures.

Pay: $18-$24/hour, based on experience.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Efficient and process-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Consistently meets deadlines and maintains attention to detail.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks Online required .
• Thorough knowledge of debit and credit accounting.
