A Brief Overview

Under general supervision, the Payroll Associate II works in various payroll queues to ensure the accurate processing and payment of employee payroll data. Assumes additional responsibilities assigned by the Payroll Specialist, Manager, or Director on an ongoing basis, in addition to completing Payroll Associate II responsibilities.

Provides tier-one support for all Payroll policies, processes, and programs and serves as the first point of contact for Payroll customers via phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills; be detail-oriented; and interact effectively with staff and management at all levels.

The Payroll department's primary objective is ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. This position supports that goal by providing additional capacity, oversight, and support for payroll processing, helping maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Team members primarily work remotely, with a regular onsite presence at CHOP's Cira Centre office every Wednesday. Additional onsite attendance may be required periodically based on operational and business needs.

SALARY RANGE:

$23.20 - $28.95 Hourly

Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
