Job Summary / Brief

River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking an organized Remote Corporate Payroll & Time Tracking Clerk to join our regional hub. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, operating on a fully remote schedule to support our expanding network footprint. In this role, you will manage our workforce timekeeping files and provide advanced payroll administrative support to our regional networks. You will build strong relationships by routing ledger updates, organizing digital timesheet pipelines, and keeping corporate payroll records moving efficiently to maximize administrative productivity.

Core Responsibilities

· Payroll Management: Monitor employee hours and timekeeping submission deadlines, track regional overtime compliance data, and route audited ledger updates to the correct payroll manager.

· Digital Administration: Coordinate electronic hours validation workflows, track individual employee deduction profiles, and organize secure cloud payroll directories across our network database.

· Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate compensation history records, enter seasonal tax/deduction changes, and log verified labor hours directly into our central database system.

· Communication Integration: Monitor the central payroll support inbox, resolve timesheet documentation discrepancies, and draft professional corporate correspondence for our regional management group.

· Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with HR leadership and corporate credit/accounting personnel to guarantee cohesive backend support and strict transaction compliance.

Applicant Requirements

· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred (or equivalent professional experience); previous experience in payroll processing, timesheet data entry, accounts payable, or administrative financial support is valued.

· Proven track record in numerical data checking, tracking time deadlines, or payroll lifecycle tracking.

· Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, enterprise payroll/timekeeping platforms, and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel macros, formulas, data sorting).

· Capability to thrive in a self-directed nationwide remote workspace, maintaining consistent digital connectivity.

· Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
