We are building more than great places to live – we’re creating vibrant communities and meaningful careers.   The Opportunity  We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Payroll & People Coordinator to provide cross functional support across our People Operations teams including Payroll, People Relations and Employee Experience. You will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations. You will also support employees by resolving payroll and HR-related inquiries, onboarding new hires, and assisting with employee relations and special projects. You are detail oriented, deadline driven, and experienced in multistate payroll processing. You also bring strong technical skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality, with the ability to manage routine payroll functions while contributing to process improvements. Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 annually, based on your experience, plus up to 10% annual bonus potential, paid out in quarterly installments.  Work Model: This role is based on-site at our Irvine headquarters to enable close collaboration with the team and other departments. Initially onsite; transitions to a hybrid schedule (one remote day per week) once fully onboarded.  What You’ll Own Payroll Processing
