As the Payroll & HRIS Analyst, you serve as the Paylocity system owner for Revel Communities, with primary responsibility for HRIS data integrity, reporting, and governance across the employee lifecycle. The role combines ongoing HRIS optimization, reporting, and control design with the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of multi-state, multi-entity payroll. 

You own payroll and Time & Labor system configuration, controls, audits, and downstream reporting, with a strong focus on preventing errors through upstream data and process improvements. This role bridges HRIS architecture and payroll execution to improve data quality, reduce rework, and support scalable people operations.
