Here’s the opportunity:

Reporting to the Vice President, Talent & Culture, the Payroll and Benefits Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate and compliant end to end payroll and benefits administration while supporting HRIS data integrity, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across the organization.

This role works closely with Talent & Culture (T&C), Finance, external stakeholders and employees to ensure a high-quality employee experience and operational excellence.

This existing permanent part-time position (22.5 hours per week) is based in Toronto, ON. The incumbent will work on a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of 1 day  in-office per week.

Payroll & HRIS administration - 50 %

Benefits administration - 30%

Talent & Culture support - 20 %

We are dedicated to ensuring fair, competitive, and transparent compensation. Salaries are regularly reviewed and benchmarked to uphold internal equity and reflect our values. The starting salary for this full-time role is $71,000 per year and has been set at this amount. On a prorated basis for a part-time role, the salary is $42,600 per annum.
