Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing for multi-state employees
- Process commissions, bonuses, adjustments, and off-cycle payroll runs
- Maintain employee records, reimbursements, garnishments, and separation documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Administer employee benefits and support retirement plan processes, including eligibility tracking and open enrollment
- Manage ACA benefits administration and reporting processes
- Coordinate payroll approvals and compensation updates with internal departments
- Help ensure compliance with wage and hour requirements across multiple states
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now (WFN) for payroll and HR administration
Human Resources Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
- Partner with HR team members on employee relations matters, documentation, and performance-related processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance initiatives
- Occasionally travel to company locations for in-person support and training
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience with full-cycle payroll processing required
- Experience processing commissions and variable compensation preferred
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) strongly preferred
- Benefits administration experience required
- ACA benefits administration experience preferred
- Familiarity with multi-state employment practices strongly preferred
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing priorities in a remote environment
